Frequently Asked Questions
Job availability changes frequently. Once you complete our application process, you will be offered appropriate positions based on your preferences, experience and skills.
As an applicant, you will not pay for any of the services Aspire provides.
You can complete our application online. You will be asked to provide complete work history information as well as asked preference of shift, type of work and preference of location.
After the application is complete, you may be invited to interview with a staffing manager. In the interview, you will have the opportunity to discuss your skills, experience and what you are looking for in your next position. The staffing manager will discuss what specific skills you have and find out more about your experiences in job-related settings.
Once you have completed the interview, you may be required to undergo some testing to determine skill levels.
Aspire conducts reference checks with previous employers and other references you provide. Once reference information is complete, you will be offered jobs based on all the factors that make up your application and interview process.
Not every job is going to meet your expectations. If you are not interested in a position we offer, you are free to decline. We will continue to offer positions to you based on your skills and preferences.
We realize not every job will be a good fit for you. Sometimes you will not know that until you have tried the position. If you are on an assignment and find it will not work for you, we ask that you contact us immediately.
You may be asked to stay at an assignment long enough for us to find a replacement, but we will attempt to remedy the situation as quickly as possible. As with any interaction, communication is the key. We expect open communication from our field employees, and they can expect the same from the Aspire team.
Our positions will be posted on our website and updated regularly, so check our job board frequently. We ask that you keep us informed if your availability or interests change or you gain any additional experience, certifications or education, and we will update your profile.
You will receive an email from accounting@aspirestaffinggroup.com. This email will include your username and a link to create your password. Your timecard will be visible in our system on the first Thursday of your assignment.
Timecards are due by the end of the day on Friday of each week.
You will receive your first paycheck on the Friday following your first week of work and every Friday thereafter for the duration of your assignment.
Refer a direct hire candidate who is placed and receive a bonus of:
- $250 for candidates placed in salary range between $50-79k**
- $500 for candidates placed with a salary range between $80-100k**
- $1000 for candidates placed with a salary above $100k**
**Bonus will be paid out as follows: 1/2 in the first 30 days & remaining 1/2 within 90 days.
Refer a temporary candidate who is placed and after 90 days receive a bonus of:
- $100 for candidates placed with an hourly pay rate between $14-18/hour**
- $150 for candidates placed with an hourly pay rate between $19-25/hour**
- $250 for candidates placed with an hourly pay rate above $26/hour**
**Bonus will be paid after the candidate has worked 100 hours!
