Dan is the President and CEO of Aspire. He graduated with a Bachelors in Accounting from La Salle University. He formed Aspire in 2005 and with over 20 years of experience in the staffing industry, leads all strategic efforts for the company. With his expertise in client and candidate relationships, Dan is the driving force behind Aspire’s success.
Dan lives in Warrington with his wife and three children, he enjoys coaching his kids and serves as a Board Member for Archbishop Wood High School, Faith in the Future, and belongs to the Mid-Atlantic Staffing Association.
Diana graduated Summa Cum Laude from Drexel University with degrees in Accounting and Finance. She has her CPA and had worked 6 years in the Accounting profession within Big 4 public accounting and private. She has been in the staffing industry since 1998 and started with Aspire in early 2005. She is currently the Division Director of the Accounting & Finance Direct Hire team.
Diana believes in the healing power of essential oils and plans to become a Certified Aromatherapist when she is an empty nester!
Kim is a Graduate of West Chester University with Bachelors in Communication Studies. She has worked in recruitment over the past 13 years but transitioned into her current specialty, Accounting & Finance in 2017. In Kim’s first year with Aspire, she won the Rookie of the Year award for her standout performance and continues to be a valued member of the Accounting & Finance Direct Hire team!
Kim was a radio show host in college and while it was a great experience, she learned that she’d much rather spend her career working one on one with people.
Winner of Aspire’s Rookie of the Year 2018 award, Mark graduated with a Masters of Administration from Fairleigh Dickinson University and a Bachelor of Science, Health and Exercise Science from Bridgewater College. He has been working in Accounting & Finance Staffing since 2016, with experience in both Contract and Permanent placements. Mark is a Recruiting Manager in our Accounting & Finance Direct Hire Team.
Mark played four years of baseball at Bridgewater College and won an ODAC conference championship!
Eric Oswald, MBA
Eric graduated with a Master of Business Administration from Western International University and a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration from Widener University. He started with Aspire in 2019 as an Account Executive, utilizing his strong background in Sales. Eric is dedicated to his clients, developing and customizing services for each individual client.
Eric and his wife are animal lovers, owning 3 dogs, 2 rabbits, and 2 aquariums!
Sales division director
Helene is a Graduate of St. Joseph’s University, with a BA in Food Marketing. She has been in the staffing “world” for 15 years selling both Professional & Accounting needs. Helene joined Aspire in 2018, she is a Division Director in our Accounting & Finance and Professional Divisions.
Helene lives in Oreland with her husband and 2 children. She loves watching Flyers games and entertaining.
Allie is a graduate of West Chester University holding a Bachelor of Science degree in Marketing. She has a strong background in Sales, with over 6 years of experience. Allie joined Aspire in 2019 as an Account Executive where she will continue to utilize her experience to build strong relationships with clients and build on Sales expertise.
Allie enjoys traveling, skiing, kickboxing and playing singles and doubles tennis, which she played at West Chester.
Kim graduated magna cum laude from Chestnut Hill College with a Bachelor’s degree in History and a minor in Art History. She has a strong background in recruiting with experience in both agency and corporate sides of recruiting. Kim started with Aspire in 2019 as a Senior Recruiter for our Accounting & Finance temporary division.
Kim loves to dance, learn all sorts of historical facts, cook and bake, and is an avid Eagles fan.
Julia studied Business Administration with a concentration in Marketing and Management at Penn State. She started at Aspire in the Professional Division as a Junior Recruiter in 2017 and soon earned the title of Recruiting Manager. She enjoys interacting with the clients and candidates and helped to launch an internal Employee Volunteer Program.
Julia loves spending time with her son and was a volunteer coach for the USMC Cheerleading Squad!
Conor is a Graduate of East Stroudsburg University with a Bachelors in Business Management. He began at Aspire in 2018 as a Recruiting Manager in the Professional Division. Conor has a strong background in Customer Service and Sales. In his first quarter at Aspire he earned the Prestigious Producer of the Month Award.
Conor is an avid sports fan. He spends all his free time playing golf, basketball, and snowboarding!

Ed is a Graduate of Villanova University with a Bachelors in Finance and Marketing, he received his Masters in Business Administration from DeSales University. Ed has been with Aspire since 2015, he started in the Accounting & Finance Direct hire team, he currently manages executive research and recruitment as well as internal company development.
Ed is an avid golfer. He and his wife live in Doylestown PA.

Kris graduated with a Bachelor and a Masters in Accounting from the University of North Texas. She has been in the Executive Search field for over 20 years. She joined Aspire in 2018 and specializes in developing great relationships with high level executives.
Kris enjoys spending time with her family and her myriad of animals, which include four dogs and two horses.

Nick studied Computer science at Temple University. He began with Aspire as a Junior Recruiter in 2017, but he really thrives in his role as Research Analyst, where he has direct involvement in Company Development.
Nick enjoys spending his free time with his family and spoiling his cat, Tomo.
Jane graduated with a Bachelors in Accounting from Villanova. She started at Aspire in 2016 as the Controller. Her vast experience in Accounting & Finance and her attention to detail have been a great asset to the company.
Jane enjoys spending time with her husband and 3 daughters, and she makes a mean Mexican Dip!
Julie is a Graduate of SUNY New Paltz with a Bachelor of Fine Arts in Metalsmithing. She has been the Office Manager at Aspire since 2015, she specializes in payroll, onboarding, invoicing and Office Happiness.
Julie is a soccer enthusiast and has coached all three of her kids’ teams to Division Championships!

Helaine began working at Aspire in 2018 as a Human Resources Coordinator. She has experience in both the front and back office in the staffing industry. She has extensive experience in Compliance.
Helaine loves traveling and spending time with her daughter.
